Listening Room

The Loose Acoustic Listening Room is a Brisbane venue offering artists and audiences (listeners) a choice.

Located at 83 Latrobe Terrace Paddington, the Listening Room is easily accessible and hosts top quality national and International performers. If you've not shared one of our intimate evenings you have missed - Keiran Halpin (Ireland), Craig Werth (USA), Susanna Carman (Byron Bay), Angela Toohey (Brisbane), Greg Quill & Jon Brooks (Canada), Phyllis Sinclair (Canada) and others. We only put on one or two gigs a month, ensuring quality artists, emerging local artists are given supporting opportunities.

The Listening Room is exactly that - it is a venue to listen to music, not try to hear through the hub bub of a bar, it lets you get up close and meet the artists. The venue is alcohol free with complimentary nibbles, soft drinks and juices, easy to access with plenty of parking in surrounding streets - can't think of a good reason why you'd want to miss one of these great performances.
